DESCRIPTION AND USAGE

Acrylic siloxane resin-based intermediate fibre filler featuring good water vapour permeability, low water absorption, high filling power and excellent film elasticity. Hides and evens out substrate absorption on old plaster substrates with spot repairs and static micro cracks, improving the final appearance of the cycle.

APPLICATION CYCLES

New walls

Apply a coat of TORINO PLUS FIBER by brush. After a minimum of 24 hours apply a coat of Performa Plus Riempitivo. Wait at least 24 hours and apply a coat of TORINO PLUS FIBER

Walls with old paint in good condition:

wash with potable water at low pressure; leave the surface to dry well. Apply one or two coats of TORINO Plus RESIN.

Deteriorated walls with chalking old paint

Completely remove areas of peeling paint; brush carefully with a metal brush and wash with potable water at low pressure; leave the surface to dry well. Repair the areas removed with hydraulic or premixed mortar; leave to cure for a minimum of 10-15 days. Apply a coat of TORINO PLUS Resin by hand using a brush. After a minimum of 24 hours apply one or two coats of TORINO PlUS FIBER (to even out any imperfections in the substrate). Wait at least 24 hours and apply a coat of TORINO PLUS FIBER. N.B.: In the case of highly deteriorated walls, consolidate with a coat of TORINO PRIMER depending on the level of deterioration) applied by brush, followed by the TORINO PLUS FIBER.

IMPORTANT INFO

  • Do not apply on fresh or very alkaline plaster; allow to dry, harden and cure for at least 3-4 weeks. 

  • Do not allow to freeze.

  • Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Apply at temperatures between 5 and 35°C.

  • Do not apply in direct sunlight.

  • Do not apply on damp substrates.

  • Wash tools thoroughly with water after use.

  • Coverage depends on substrate absorption.
